How to use

Your guide to The LabHub App

Start with your first day, or jump to the task you need. Each tutorial explains the steps, what happens after saving, and what to check if you get stuck.

Choose the instructions for your role. Available screens and actions depend on your plan, permissions, and connected services.

01 · Your first day in The LabHub AppStart here · Owner or administrator

Follow this sequence to set up one Profile and complete your first workflow.

  1. Create your workspace, open your account setup email, set your password, and complete the Terms and Privacy acknowledgments.
  2. Open Settings → Workspace. Check your organization name and practitioner contact details.
  3. Open Profiles → Add Profile. Enter the person’s details and optionally schedule an Initial - Baseline Evaluation.
  4. Open the saved Profile → Test / Evaluate Profile. Add a Manual Assessment or import a testing file.
  5. Review Testing & Performance. Record your findings and priorities when the evaluation workflow offers them.
  6. Create a program Draft, check its exercises and dates, and activate it when ready.
  7. Send a Profile Portal invite. Assign any questionnaires you want the person to complete.
  8. Create and review a report when needed, publish it, and use Send to Profile Portal to share it.
  9. Use Calendar to schedule the next appointment and Review Queue to track follow-up.

What you should see

You have one organized Profile with testing, a reviewed program, portal access, and a clear next action.

Keep in mind: Each tutorial below explains one part of this sequence. You can also use the app without a report or a connected testing device.

02 · Create a workspace and sign inStart here · New Owner or returning user

A workspace is your organization’s account. A Profile is a person you manage inside it.

  1. On the website, choose Try Free, or open Pricing and select a paid plan with Monthly or Annual billing.
  2. Enter Owner full name, Owner email, and Organization / practice name. Use an email you control that is not already used by another The LabHub App account.
  3. Complete the human verification and submit. Free creates the workspace without a payment method; a paid plan takes you through secure checkout.
  4. Open the account setup email and follow the secure link to set your password. Then read and acknowledge the Terms and Privacy screens.
  5. For later visits, choose Sign in and use the email and password attached to your account.
  6. If your setup link has expired or the email did not arrive, use Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen and request a fresh link.

What you should see

You enter your authorized workspace or Profile Portal.

Keep in mind: A practitioner or Profile Portal invitation gives access to an existing workspace. Invitees should use that email instead of creating a new business account.

03 · Set up your workspace and understand accessStart here · Owner or administrator

Your organization name can be your clinic, club, practice, or business name. The product is The LabHub App.

  1. Open Settings → Workspace, update Organization name, and choose Save organization.
  2. Check your practitioner name, professional title, report email, and phone. Save practitioner details.
  3. Use the organization branding controls to add your own logo or supported branding preferences if needed.
  4. Check Billing & plans for your plan, Active Profile capacity, and practitioner seats. The Owner counts as a practitioner.
  5. Use Settings → People & Access to manage roles and Profile-level permissions. A staff role and a Profile assignment are separate decisions.

What you should see

Your workspace identity and report contact details are ready.

Keep in mind: The menus you see depend on your role and permissions. Practitioners work with assigned Profiles; Profile Portal users see their own authorized experience. Ask an Owner to adjust access when a workflow is unavailable.

04 · Find your way around and plan the dayStart here · Staff with workspace access

Use the overview screens to find work, then open the Profile to act on it.

  1. Open Calendar for scheduled appointments, evaluations, training, and recovery activities.
  2. Open Dashboard for the organization’s current participation, medical, wellness, testing, program, and report signals.
  3. Open My Work for the Profiles and tasks relevant to your practitioner account.
  4. Use Profiles to search for a person and open their complete record. Start common tasks with the Profile’s Quick Actions.
  5. Check Review Queue for items that need attention. Use filters before assuming a record is missing.

What you should see

You can move from a daily overview to the relevant person and task.

Keep in mind: The sidebar’s Testing / Evaluations opens the evaluation hub. Inside a Profile, Testing & Performance shows that person’s results and evaluation context.

05 · Add your first ProfileProfiles & access · Owner, administrator, or permitted practitioner

Create one record for each person whose testing, training, or care you manage.

  1. Open Profiles and choose Add Profile.
  2. Enter First Name and Last Name. Add date of birth, sex, email, phone, guardian/contact, height, weight, and a photo where relevant.
  3. Add optional Sport / Activity, Position / Role, External Team / Club, Preferred Foot, and Preferred Hand.
  4. Use Training Group for your internal scheduling and group assignments. External Team / Club describes where the person competes or participates.
  5. Check Profile Status, Current Participation, Current Restrictions, and Notes.
  6. If you want the first evaluation scheduled now, enable Schedule now under Initial - Baseline Evaluation and enter the date, start time, duration, and location.
  7. Choose Add Profile, or Add Profile & Schedule. Check the saved Profile and any scheduling message.

What you should see

The new Profile opens with its details and workflow tabs. If scheduling succeeded, the baseline appointment is available in Calendar.

Keep in mind: If the Profile saves but scheduling fails, schedule the appointment separately instead of adding the person again. If capacity is reached, check Settings → Workspace → Billing & plans.

06 · Edit, archive, or restore a ProfileProfiles & access · Owner or staff with the required permission

Keep personal details accurate and preserve history when someone stops actively using the service.

  1. Open Profiles, find the person, and choose Edit Profile.
  2. Update their contact details, Training Group, sport context, participation, restrictions, or photo and choose Save changes.
  3. To remove someone from active operations, use Archive / Delete → Archive Profile when available.
  4. To find an archived person, include Archived in the Profiles status filter. Open the record and use the available edit controls to return Profile Status to Active.
  5. Check plan capacity before reactivating a Profile.

What you should see

Your record reflects the person’s current status while archived history remains available to authorized staff.

Keep in mind: Permanently Delete is a separate Owner action that removes the Profile and associated data. It requires a last-name confirmation and cannot be undone. Choose Archive when you need to keep the history.

07 · Invite practitioners and assign permissionsProfiles & access · Owner or administrator

Adding a professional record and granting account access are separate steps.

  1. Open Practitioners → Add Practitioner. Complete the professional details and save.
  2. On the practitioner card, choose Invite or Reinvite to send their account access email.
  3. Open Settings → People & Access and the access-management screen.
  4. Under Profile-Level Access, choose the Profile, select the staff account, and grant the appropriate access.
  5. Review permissions for medical information, internal medical notes, testing, programs, reports, and wellness. Enable only the areas needed for their work.
  6. Ask the practitioner to use their invitation, sign in, complete onboarding, and check their assigned Profiles.

What you should see

The practitioner can work with the Profiles and information you assigned.

Keep in mind: An invitation alone does not give a practitioner access to every Profile. Coach access is more limited. Check practitioner-seat capacity before inviting more staff.

Link to this tutorial
08 · Invite a Profile Portal user and manage consentProfiles & access · Owner or authorized staff

The Profile Portal lets a person see their own schedule, workouts, check-ins, and shared information.

  1. Open the Profile and confirm the correct email and guardian/contact details.
  2. Choose Send Profile Portal Invite. The recipient opens the secure email link and completes account setup.
  3. Review the Profile’s consent controls and request the service permissions needed for the intended workflow.
  4. Where guardian consent is required, use the guardian workflow and follow any required minor acknowledgment shown by the app.
  5. Check consent status before continuing a workflow that requires authorization.
  6. If one portal account is linked to multiple authorized Profiles, use the Profile switcher to select the right person.

What you should see

The person can enter their authorized portal and complete any requested acknowledgments.

Keep in mind: Promotional media consent is optional; declining it does not block service. Portal access does not expose internal practitioner notes or the organization’s full Profile list.

09 · Record a manual assessmentTesting & evaluations · Practitioner with testing access

Use manual entry for measurements and clinical findings collected without a device import.

  1. Open the Profile → Test / Evaluate Profile → Manual Assessment → Start Manual.
  2. Confirm Profile and Assessment date. Choose an existing Protocol, create a new one, or choose Ad Hoc / No Protocol.
  3. For an ad hoc result, select Test / Assessment and Metric, or use the custom options.
  4. Choose the Result type: Numeric, Text, Positive / Negative, Yes / No, or the choices supplied by the protocol.
  5. Enter Result, Unit, Side / Limb, optional Asymmetry %, and Notes. Complete all required protocol items.
  6. Use Add another result if you need more ad hoc measures. Choose Save Assessment.
  7. Open Testing & Performance to review the saved date, values, sides, and history.

What you should see

Numeric measurements can appear in trends; text and clinical results remain chronological findings.

Keep in mind: Keep the test, units, side, and collection method consistent between visits. A shorter sprint time and a higher jump height have different improvement directions.

Link to this tutorial
10 · Import a spreadsheet or testing exportTesting & evaluations · Practitioner with testing access

Match each person and measurement before saving imported results.

  1. From the Profile’s evaluation launcher, choose Spreadsheet / Other. You can also open Testing / Evaluations → Open Universal Import or a source-specific import.
  2. Choose the export file. The universal mapper accepts supported CSV, TSV, JSON, and XML exports.
  3. In Identify Profiles, map name, first/last name, email, or source Profile ID columns. For a one-person export without identity columns, choose Profile for this export.
  4. Review every person match. Resolve unmatched or uncertain people before importing; new Profiles are not silently created.
  5. In Map testing results, check Test Date, Test / Assessment, Metric Name, Numeric Result or Text / Clinical Result, Unit, Side / Limb, Asymmetry %, and Notes as applicable.
  6. Review the rows ready for import. Save Mapping if you want to reuse the column setup.
  7. Choose Import Results or Import into Profiles. Wait for the confirmation and check the destination Profile’s testing history.

What you should see

Results are attached to the people you reviewed and retain their testing source context.

Keep in mind: For OptoJump, choose the dedicated OptoJump XML workflow and review its validation. An export preset does not mean a direct provider connection is available. Check the status shown for each provider.

11 · Create and assign testing protocolsTesting & evaluations · Staff with protocol-management access

A protocol is a reusable battery of tests, measures, and collection rules.

  1. Open Testing / Evaluations → Manage Protocols.
  2. Create a protocol with its name, scope, sport if relevant, description, and default re-evaluation cadence.
  3. Add the testing items: assessment, metric, unit, result type, source/equipment, side requirements, and display order.
  4. Choose which results are required. Add practitioner-defined reference labels or target ranges and the preferred improvement direction where appropriate.
  5. Save the protocol and assign it to the intended Profile or Training Group using the available assignment controls.
  6. Open a Profile → Testing & Performance and check Assigned Testing Protocols for the assignment, last assessment, and next due date.
  7. Choose the protocol during the next Manual Assessment to collect the same battery again.

What you should see

Your repeated assessments follow a consistent structure.

Keep in mind: Reference ranges are practitioner-defined. Review the intended population and measurement method before using them to interpret a result.

Link to this tutorial
12 · Review results and complete an evaluationTesting & evaluations · Practitioner with testing access

Use the evaluation workflow to connect measurements to practical decisions.

  1. Open the Profile → Testing & Performance. Select the assessment or comparison dates shown by the testing dashboard.
  2. Review the charts, metric values, left/right comparisons, asymmetry, and clinical result history available for that data source.
  3. Confirm dates, units, source validity, and whether improvement means a higher or lower value for the measurement.
  4. When the evaluation workflow is available, choose Enter Findings & Priorities and record the meaningful findings and development priorities.
  5. Create a report or Generate program if needed. Review the proposed content before saving or activating it.
  6. Use Complete Evaluation when the assessment review is finished, then schedule the next evaluation using the available scheduling controls.

What you should see

You have a reviewed evaluation and a plan for the next visit.

Keep in mind: Saving results, completing an evaluation, publishing a report, and activating a program are separate actions. Reports are optional in the evaluation workflow. Controls and analysis depth vary by testing source.

13 · Add, update, and resolve an injury or illnessMedical & care · Practitioner with medical access

Record the case and its effect on participation so the team can coordinate care.

  1. Open Medical → Add Injury / Illness, or use the same Quick Action inside a Profile.
  2. Choose the Profile, Record type, category, Diagnosis / Issue, Body area, Side, Medical status, and Severity.
  3. Set Participation level: Full Participation, Partial 75%, Partial 50%, No Contact, or No Training. Record whether individual training is allowed and the return-to-sport stage.
  4. Enter Date occurred / onset and Next review / expected return. Add Restrictions, Treatment / rehabilitation plan, Practitioner, and Internal notes.
  5. Choose Save Medical Record. Check the Profile’s Medical & Availability and current participation.
  6. For follow-up, reopen the dialog, choose Edit existing case, select the saved case, and update the status, restrictions, participation, and review date.
  7. When clinically appropriate, change Medical status to Cleared or Resolved and save. Check current participation and any other active cases.

What you should see

The case stays in history while active restrictions and reviews reflect the latest saved information.

Keep in mind: The most restrictive active case can continue to control participation. Resolving one case does not override another restriction. Review the active program when medical information changes.

14 · Record a physical check-inMedical & care · Practitioner with appropriate Profile access

Use a physical check-in to document an observed finding and its training impact.

  1. Open the Profile → Physical Check-Ins → Add Check-In.
  2. Enter Date, Body area, Side, Severity (1–10), and Sensation / finding.
  3. Select Training impact / participation and Review status: Monitor, Follow Up, Cleared, or Refer.
  4. Add Notes and choose Save Check-In.
  5. Review the chronological check-in history and follow up on the finding as needed.

What you should see

The finding is stored separately from the daily wellness questionnaire and injury/illness case history.

Keep in mind: A physical check-in documents a finding. When an injury or illness needs an ongoing case, also use the Medical workflow.

15 · Log a completed practitioner sessionMedical & care · Practitioner with session access

Schedule the appointment before it happens; document the completed work afterward.

  1. Use Calendar to schedule the appointment.
  2. After the appointment, open Practitioner Sessions → Log completed session, or use Log Practitioner Session from the Profile.
  3. Confirm Profile, Practitioner, Session date and time, Session type, and Focus.
  4. Enter Work completed, Profile response, Participation after session, Recommendations / next steps, and Next review date.
  5. When workload monitoring applies, enter both Duration (minutes) and Session RPE (1–10). Session Load is created or updated automatically.
  6. Keep staff-only information in Internal practitioner notes. Choose Save Completed Session.
  7. Use Open to review the saved session, Edit to correct it, or the available PDF/history actions to export it.

What you should see

The completed visit appears in the Profile’s session history and relevant workload records.

Keep in mind: The portal can show shared completed-session information. Internal practitioner notes are kept out of the portal. Avoid entering the same workload again as a separate manual record.

16 · Use the Exercise Library and templatesPrograms & monitoring · Staff with library access

The Exercise Library is the master catalog; assigned exercises are prescriptions for a specific Profile.

  1. Open Exercises and search or filter the library by the information relevant to your task.
  2. Open an exercise to review instructions, body area, goals, difficulty, equipment, coaching cues, and available media.
  3. Use Add Exercise or Edit when you need a permitted custom library record. Complete the exercise details and save.
  4. Open Templates to review reusable Program Templates and Report Templates.
  5. Use a program template when creating a Profile’s program, then review the individual Draft and adjust its prescriptions.

What you should see

You can reuse a consistent exercise catalog and starting structure across individual workflows.

Keep in mind: Changing a master library description is different from changing one person’s sets, reps, frequency, and notes. Review both the master exercise and the individual prescription.

Link to this tutorial
17 · Create, review, and activate a programPrograms & monitoring · Practitioner with program access

Programs start as Drafts so you can review them before they reach the Profile Portal.

  1. Open Programs. Choose Create Manual Program, Apply Template to Profile, or Generate Program for the workflow you need.
  2. For a template, choose the Profile, Program Template, Start, and End, then choose Create Draft.
  3. Review the goal, dates, frequency, phases, practitioner, and notes using Edit Details.
  4. Use Edit Exercises to check the library records and each prescription: sets, reps, duration where used, frequency, and notes.
  5. For a generated program, review findings, priorities, medical restrictions, and any Exercise Library Gaps. Resolve issues before activation.
  6. Choose Activate or Activate Program and review the confirmation. Use Portal view to check the user experience and Email access when needed.
  7. When a completed or historically used program is locked, create a new Draft for the next plan instead of trying to overwrite its completion history.

What you should see

The activated program becomes available through the authorized portal according to its dates and access.

Keep in mind: A saved Draft is not a live portal workout. Future program dates can show an Upcoming program. Review restrictions again if medical information changes.

Link to this tutorial
18 · Assign questionnaires and review responsesPrograms & monitoring · Staff with questionnaire access

Choose what people should complete and when it should appear.

  1. Open Questionnaires and select an existing template, or choose Add Questionnaire to create a custom one.
  2. For a system template, use Duplicate & edit before customizing. Add the questions, types, required fields, choices, and scale labels you need.
  3. Choose Assign and select the Template and scope: One Profile, Training Group, or All Profiles.
  4. Select the Trigger: Immediately, Before Session, After Complete Session, Daily, Weekly, or Specific Date. Set the requirement and due/schedule date when applicable.
  5. Confirm the assignment. Portal users complete the questionnaires presented to them.
  6. Review Questionnaire compliance for completion and missing responses. Open submitted response history to read the captured questions and answers.

What you should see

Your questionnaire is assigned and submitted answers can be reviewed in context.

Keep in mind: A daily check-in is separate from the post-workout response. Check the selected assignment scope before sending something to a whole group or all Profiles.

Link to this tutorial
19 · Review wellness and session loadPrograms & monitoring · Staff with access to these monitoring areas

Look for meaningful changes over time and follow up with the person.

  1. Open Wellness, select the Profile and date range, and review the available readiness and wellness trends.
  2. Check the scale direction. Higher sleep quality, mood, and readiness are better; higher fatigue, soreness, stress, and session difficulty are worse.
  3. Open Session Load and review recent sessions, duration, Session RPE, and load where recorded.
  4. Use the Profile’s Wellness & Readiness and Session Load tabs to compare monitoring information with medical context and the active program.
  5. Open the relevant source response or session for detail and correction rather than guessing from a chart alone.

What you should see

You can review readiness and workload alongside the rest of the Profile’s history.

Keep in mind: Where the workflow uses duration × RPE, a 45-minute session at RPE 6 is 270 arbitrary units. Missing values are not the same as a zero score. Monitoring signals require practitioner interpretation.

Link to this tutorial
20 · Schedule appointments and work with Training GroupsScheduling & reports · Staff with scheduling or operations access

Use Calendar for appointments and Operations for explicitly scoped group work.

  1. Open Calendar and choose the available add-event control.
  2. Select Event type, Title, and Scope: Profile, Training Group, or Organization. Choose the relevant Profile or group.
  3. Enter Starts, Ends, Practitioner, Location, and any description. Save and confirm the date, time, and destination.
  4. Open an existing appointment to review or edit its details and status using the available controls.
  5. For group work, open Operations and select the Training Group before any bulk action.
  6. Review the locked scope and Profile count, then use the available questionnaire, protocol, program, or scheduling action for that group.

What you should see

Appointments and group actions are attached to the scope you selected.

Keep in mind: Operations uses the internal Training Group field. External Team / Club does not set the bulk-action scope. Check the group name and count before confirming.

21 · Create, publish, and share a reportScheduling & reports · Practitioner with report access

A report combines recorded data with reviewed practitioner interpretation.

  1. Open Reports → Generate Draft Report. Select the Profile and Report Template.
  2. Complete the title, overview, overall assessment, at least one complete Key Finding, and at least one Development Priority. Review the data included by the template.
  3. Create the Draft. For a supported testing evaluation, you can also use Create report within the evaluation workflow.
  4. Open the report and check the Profile, assessment date, report date, selected data, wording, and interpretation. Use Edit Details or the available content editor to make corrections.
  5. Move the report through Draft and In Review as needed. Set the workflow status to Published only after your review is complete.
  6. For a Published report, choose Send to Profile Portal. Check the recipient and the sending result.
  7. Use Open or PDF to view or download the final report. Confirm that the correct person and date appear.

What you should see

The published report can be accessed by the authorized Profile Portal user and exported as a PDF.

Keep in mind: Publishing and sending are separate actions. Some testing-specific content editors depend on a supported assessment on the report’s date. Assessment dates and the report’s document date serve different purposes.

Link to this tutorial
22 · Work through Review Queue and Audit HistoryScheduling & reports · Authorized staff; Audit History is restricted

Use the queue to track follow-up and the audit record to trace changes.

  1. Open Review Queue and filter for the type of issue, status, or Profile you need to review.
  2. Open the associated Profile or source record and read the context before acting.
  3. Update the medical case, response review, testing, program, or other source workflow that caused the issue.
  4. Use the available queue review or dismissal action when appropriate. Record the reason where the workflow asks for it.
  5. Recheck the queue after saving the source change. Authorized Owners/administrators can use Audit History to inspect who changed a record and when.

What you should see

You have a clearer follow-up list and a record of the relevant actions.

Keep in mind: Dismissing a warning does not itself treat an injury, complete an evaluation, or change a program. Keep the source record accurate.

Link to this tutorial
23 · Use the Profile Portal day to dayProfile Portal · Invited Profile Portal user

Your portal shows the work and information your practitioner has made available to you.

  1. Open your invitation, set your password if asked, sign in, and complete the required acknowledgments.
  2. On My Performance, check Current availability and the Today card for your next action.
  3. Complete an assigned Questionnaire or Daily Check-In when it appears. Answer the scale according to its low/high labels.
  4. Choose Start Today’s Workout or Open My Program. Select the correct date and your training days where that control is available.
  5. Read the prescribed sets, reps, duration, instructions, and notes. Use View exercise demonstration when media is available.
  6. Choose Mark Complete for exercises you have completed. Choose Complete Session and submit the post-session response when presented.
  7. Check the session confirmation, then review Schedule, current participation, shared practitioner sessions, and published Reports as needed.
  8. Use Account & Connections for the privacy permissions and supported optional device settings shown for your account.

What you should see

Your practitioner can review your submitted check-ins, responses, and workout completion.

Keep in mind: Marking every exercise is separate from submitting the post-session questionnaire. If you see No active program, ask your practitioner to check activation and dates. Follow current restrictions and contact your practitioner about symptoms.

24 · Connect calendars, cloud files, and supported devicesAccount & help · Authorized workspace staff or Profile Portal user

Connect only the services needed for your workflow and check each provider’s current status.

  1. For calendar and file services, open Settings → Connections and choose the service shown by the app.
  2. Follow the provider’s authorization screen and select the correct account. Review the requested permissions before allowing access.
  3. Return to the app and check its connection status. Use the available import, export, or synchronization action for your task.
  4. For testing devices, open Testing / Evaluations → Testing Systems & Data Sources and review the provider card.
  5. For wearables, use the Profile’s Wearable Data area or the portal’s Account & Connections controls when available.
  6. Use Disconnect when you no longer want the connection, and check the app’s displayed status afterward.

What you should see

The supported connection can supply or receive information within the permissions you approved.

Keep in mind: File import support, direct account connection, and a planned connector are different capabilities. A provider marked planned or unavailable cannot yet be used as an active direct integration.

25 · Connect Google Calendar and enable syncAccount & help · Workspace staff with connection access

Connect your calendar account, then choose whether to send The LabHub App events to it.

  1. Open Settings → Connections → Calendar integrations. On Google Calendar, choose Connect Google Calendar.
  2. Choose the Google account whose primary calendar you want to use. Review the requested permissions and complete Google’s authorization.
  3. Return to The LabHub App. Check that the card says Connected and shows the intended Account and Calendar.
  4. Choose Enable sync. Connecting the account alone does not enable outbound synchronization.
  5. Create or edit the relevant event in The LabHub App Calendar. Check the connected Google primary calendar for that event.
  6. Review Last sync and any connection error shown on the card. If the account expires, choose Reconnect and complete authorization again.
  7. To pause outbound synchronization, click Sync enabled. To remove the connection, choose Disconnect.

What you should see

The card shows Connected and Sync enabled, and eligible events created or edited in The LabHub App are sent to your Google calendar.

Keep in mind: This is outbound event sync; it does not promise a two-way import of everything in Google Calendar. Disconnecting does not delete the internal event record. Use the correct account and check its primary calendar.

27 · Use VALD testing exportsAccount & help · Practitioner with testing access

The current customer workflow supports VALD export files. Direct VALD account connection is marked planned in the app.

  1. Open Testing / Evaluations → Testing Systems & Data Sources and check the status shown for VALD.
  2. For the file workflow, obtain the relevant export from your VALD system using an export format supported by the app’s importer.
  3. Choose the VALD file-source card → Open source import, or choose Spreadsheet / Other from a Profile’s evaluation launcher and select the appropriate source.
  4. Choose the export file. In Identify Profiles, review each person’s identity columns and match them to existing Profiles. For a one-person file without identity columns, select the correct Profile explicitly.
  5. Review Test Date, Test / Assessment, Metric Name, Numeric or Clinical Result, Unit, Side / Limb, Asymmetry %, and Notes for the measurements included.
  6. Resolve uncertain matches and validation issues. Confirm the intended Profiles and ready rows, then import.
  7. Open the destination Profile → Testing & Performance and check the imported date, source, measurements, and units.

What you should see

Reviewed VALD export measurements appear in the matched Profiles’ testing history.

Keep in mind: A VALD export preset is not an active direct account connection. Device-specific export content can differ across ForceDecks, NordBord, ForceFrame, and other systems. Do not assume a metric is present unless it is in the file and mapped correctly.

28 · Manage your plan, capacity, and paymentsAccount & help · Owner or authorized billing administrator

Check the live plan summary and review the quoted charge before confirming a purchase.

  1. Open Settings → Workspace → Billing & plans. Review the plan, billing cadence, Active Profile usage, and practitioner seats.
  2. To change the base plan, choose Monthly or Annual and the available plan action. Review the amount due today, credit, recurring charge, and effective date before confirming.
  3. For eligible capacity add-ons, use the available Profile or practitioner-seat action. Confirm the checkout and return to the app.
  4. Check the updated capacity. If the accepted change is still syncing, use Refresh instead of paying a second time.
  5. Choose Manage billing to change billing frequency or open the available payment/invoice controls.
  6. For a downgrade or cancellation, read the effective date and capacity requirements. Reduce usage or archive Profiles if the lower plan requires it.

What you should see

Your billing summary reflects the confirmed plan and capacity, or clearly shows a scheduled change.

Keep in mind: Free includes 3 Active Profiles and 1 practitioner, including the Owner. Profile add-ons are monthly and practitioner add-ons are annual. On upgrade, covered add-on charges stop while Profiles remain. Review the current quote and terms for credits, scheduled changes, and the no-refund policy.
