Using The LabHub App
The LabHub App is a software platform for Profiles, practitioners, coaches and organizations to manage performance testing, programs, injury and rehabilitation context, wellness/readiness, practitioner workflows and longitudinal records. Account holders are responsible for using the platform lawfully and only for people and information they are authorized to manage.
Accounts and organizations
Each customer workspace is separated by organization access and permissions. Owners and administrators manage staff and Profile access. Credentials should not be shared, and users must not attempt to access another organization or Profile without authorization.
Plans, billing and plan changes
Free, Solo, Pro and Practice plans are capacity-based. Paid base plans may be billed monthly or annually. Profile capacity add-ons are billed monthly, regardless of the base-plan billing cadence. Additional practitioner seats are billed annually. Organization plans use custom commercial terms.
Upgrades take effect after successful payment. When an upgrade replaces prepaid service, The LabHub App may apply the unused prepaid value of the current base plan and eligible add-ons as billing credit toward the upgraded plan or future The LabHub App invoices. A same-plan Monthly-to-Annual billing change may take effect immediately with unused monthly base-plan value applied as credit; an Annual-to-Monthly change takes effect at the end of the current annual paid period.
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current paid base-plan period. A customer may be required to archive Profiles or remove practitioner access before a downgrade can take effect if current usage exceeds the lower plan's capacity. Archiving or removing access for capacity purposes does not by itself delete historical records.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid base-plan period unless applicable law or a separate written agreement requires otherwise. No refunds are issued for subscription or add-on cancellation, except where required by applicable law or a separate written agreement.
Professional judgment
The LabHub App organizes information and workflows. It does not replace the independent professional judgment, licensing responsibilities, emergency procedures or duty of care of practitioners and organizations using the platform.
Legal acknowledgment
During authenticated onboarding, The LabHub App may display the active Terms version and record the user’s acknowledgment, including the applicable version, content hash, decision and timestamp. Material changes may require renewed acknowledgment.
HIPAA / BAA status
The LabHub App is not currently represented as HIPAA compliant. HIPAA/BAA-supported configuration is planned for organizations that require it. Customer Organizations are responsible for determining whether HIPAA applies to their use and should contact thelabhubcenter@gmail.com before relying on the service for a use that would require Aakounfitness S Corp. to act as a Business Associate.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Illinois law. The production legal framework is intended to use individual binding arbitration and a class-action waiver, subject to final legal review and applicable law.
